We are standing on the Breastwork deck with the Aft Gun Turret behind us. Ahead is the quarterdeck (stern of Upper Deck). The crew of Cerberus numbered 120 permanent members with extra crew provided from the Naval Reserve. In this photo Captain Pelham addresses the Naval Brigade from the Bridge.
